Maestria stands as a testament to the art of perfection in architecture. Daniel de Amorim, alongside a dedicated team, has envisioned a structure that embodies the essence of mastery, or "Maestria" in Portuguese. The building's design draws from the transformative process of diamond cutting, aiming to elevate the architectural form to the realm of dwelling art. The result is a living space that promises to offer residents an unparalleled experience of elegance and comfort.
What sets Maestria apart is its commitment to detail and the pursuit of the extraordinary. Each aspect of the building is designed to surprise and delight, from the dynamic spaces that change with the day's light to the purposeful design elements that cater to the senses. The development is a choreographed interplay of materials and design, ensuring that nothing is incidental, and everything serves to enhance the resident's experience.
The construction of Maestria is a marvel of modern engineering, utilizing a combination of reinforced concrete, metal, glass, and innovative lighting to mimic the multifaceted surface of a diamond. Spanning over 17,000 square meters and soaring to a height of 109 meters, the building houses 46 residential and 4 commercial units, along with an extensive leisure area exceeding 1,400 square meters.
Maestria's design facilitates a unique interaction between its residents and their environment. The project integrates over a thousand square meters of diverse leisure spaces, offering a variety of experiences and sensations. This harmonious blend of materiality and nature creates a welcoming atmosphere for those who call Maestria home. The building's functionality is as impressive as its aesthetics, promising a living experience that is both serene and sophisticated.
The journey of Maestria began in February 2023, with the design phase concluding in December of the same year. The groundbreaking is set for April 2024 in Porto Belo, Santa Catarina, Brazil, with completion anticipated by December 2028. The design process was a meticulous endeavor, aiming to translate the concept of mastery into a tangible form. The challenge lay in crafting a high-caliber development that would become a focal point for the city, merging luxury with a sense of belonging and an appreciation for the surrounding natural beauty.
Maestria is not just an architectural project; it is a symphony of concrete, metal, and light, sculpted into a form that resonates with excellence and sophistication. The building's transformation into a sculpted jewel, set against the backdrop of nature, represents the pinnacle of living well. This commitment to excellence has been recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in 2024, celebrating Maestria's contribution to the enrichment of quality of life and its role in enhancing the built environment.
